Hello MASA CUPE 3433 members,

As previously posted, your Negotiating Team will be presenting the new Tentative Collective Agreement on

MONDAY FEBRUARY 5^th, at 4:30 pm in Dunn 113 (Wu center).

 This will be the main presentation meeting with ample time for questions.

As some of our members have prior commitments and cannot attend the evening meeting, we are offering a meeting at 12 noon on the 5^th in Bennet building G03. This meeting is intended for those members who wish to see the presentation, but cannot attend the 4:30 meeting.  Space is limited and since it is held over lunch,  it will only be one hour long. This will unfortunately limit the time we will have for questions.

For this reason, and the limited space, we would ask that members make every attempt to attend the 4:30 meeting at the Wu center. (All Negotiating team members as well as our CUPE representative will be in attendance for both meetings)

The information about the Tentative Collective Agreement and the voting process will then be sent to all members after the 4:30 pm meeting.
